It's no surprise that the new Infiniti models are really quite popular! Last month, November 2012, Infiniti reports it had U.S. sales of 11,897, which represents an amazing 41.2 percent increase versus November 2011 numbers. So far this year, Infiniti sales are up 22.6 percent vs. this time last year.

Right now, many auto fans are focused on the Los Angeles Auto Show, which recently occurred. However, some auto brands are looking toward the future, a.k.a, the 2013 North American International Auto Show, which will take place in Detroit this coming January. One of these auto brands is luxury marque Infiniti. While other companies were showing off new vehicles at the L.A. Show, Infiniti was announcing an all-new sports sedan, which will make its way to Detroit.

Hurricane Sandy has come and gone, but the destruction the storm left of the East Coast will remain for quite some time. Instead of a direct mechanical connection, the new "steer by wire" system will utilize remote actuators and electronic signals to take over control of the front wheels. This will simplify the connection between automated crash avoidance features and other driver aids. It could also create new packaging possibilities.
